  • 20g pinapple chunks
  • 135g chopped kale
  • 40g cucumber
  • 30g celery
  • 5g ginger
  • 75ml coconut milk

Method

Place the ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend for at least 1 minute. Then serve and enjoy.



Blueberry Power

Prep: 5min > Ready in: 7min

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 50g frozen blueberries
  • 20g greek soya yoghurt
  • 1tsp flaxseeds
  • fresh mint to garnish
  • 75ml Almond milk

Method

Place the ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend for at least 1 minute. Garnish with mint and fresh blueberries and serve.



Super Sun

Prep: 5min > Ready in: 8min

  • 20g pinapple chunks
  • 10g mango
  • 1 Banana
  • 1tsp bee pollen
  • 5g ginger
  • 75ml coconut milk

Method

Place the ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend for at least 1 minute. Then serve and enjoy.
